DealKillShot is operated by Protocol Logic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "Company" refer to Protocol Logic LLC. This Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Name and work email address (when requesting sample memos or contacting us)
Company name, deal details, and regulatory questions (submitted as part of an engagement intake)
Payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

Information collected automatically:

IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited (via standard web server logs and Netlify analytics)
Form submission metadata

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver requested services and communicate regarding your engagement
To send the requested sample memo to your provided email address
To send periodic regulatory intelligence updates (only if you opt in)
To process payment through Stripe
To improve the site and our services
To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Engagement intake data and deliverables are retained for a minimum of 3 years. Email contact data is retained until you request deletion. To request deletion, email intel@dealkillshot.com.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and end-to-end encrypted email. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact intel@dealkillshot.com. We will respond within 30 days.
